Every order placed with Raw Concepts is handled with the same care and precision that goes into our books. We want your volumes to reach you in perfect condition — and we stand behind every shipment.

Shipping Coverage & Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all book orders and course enrolment packages. There are no hidden delivery charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly on WhatsApp at +91 84218 72285. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis with actuals communicated upfront.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Order Confirmed

You receive a WhatsApp confirmation message within 24 hours of your payment being verified.

Order Packed

Your books are carefully packed in reinforced, water-resistant packaging within 1–2 working days.

Dispatched

Shipment dispatched via trusted courier. You receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.

Delivered

Standard delivery to metro cities: 3–5 working days. Non-metro / remote areas: 5–8 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during national holidays, local disruptions, or high-demand periods. We will proactively notify you of any significant delays.

Delivery Location & Address

Please ensure your delivery address — including flat/door number, building name, landmark, city, state, and PIN code — is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us on WhatsApp within 12 hours of payment. Once the parcel has been dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take packaging quality seriously. However, if your books arrive damaged due to transit, please:

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. Damaged goods claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (educational books and printed course materials), we operate a limited returns policy:

All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order details and supporting photographs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in cases of confirmed delivery failure, unresolvable damage, or where a replacement cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe (14 working days).

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval. Razorpay processing timelines may add an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
